Time to Transform

Mga sir.. need your advice lang kasi ano maganda workout program good for an hour para pangpa ripped.. tight sked kasi kaya isang oras lang kaya pero at most 4x a week kahit papano.

Tinry ko for shortcut to shred pero sumosobra po ako sa oras eh baka may masuggest lang mga sir na pwedeng workout program.

Medyo nakaka 1 year na na nagwoworkout. Dati po ako asa mga 155lbs.. bumaba to 138. Ngayon asa 145 pero medyo lumalaki ulit tyan hehe. Gusto ko sana maayos ulit workout ko.

    or bawasan mo ung resting period mo.. max na ung 2mins or ok na ung 1 minute ..

    Meal Plan/Diet
    Regular Meals so far.

    Bfast - peanut butter sandwich or cereals
    Lunch - any rice meal
    Dinner - sandwich or any meals (less rice)

    Supplements
    Whey Protein after every workout

    Ayusin mo muna ang diet mo. Wag ka umasa sa protein supplements for your protein requirements. Wala ring gulay sa diet mo

    Your efforts in they gym will be wasted if you don't eat properly

    Onga eh. Kelangan ayusin ang diet.. Aminado yun ang mahirap hehe

    Advice ko naman sir, isali din ang measurement of body fat percentage sa minomonitor seeing that being ripped is your goal.
