patulong po mga kaibigan.. i need to lose at least 10 - 20 lbs
i'm at 191 right now... i wanted to be on 180 at least or best at 175...

    Welcome sa PBB bro :) mag bawas ka lang ng kain, carbs on that note youre good to go. kain ka lang mas mababa sa maitenance cals mo like 300-500 youll go down in no time :)

    since pangabi ako my daily meal is after office i drink nesvita or mega fiber 11am before going to sleep - no eating na un,
    upon waking up at 5 or 6 pm i drink promatrix 1 scoop and 1 banana plus 1 slice of bread with peanut butter and chocolate na spread then workout

    after working out 1 scoop ulit ng whey protein
    i don't usually eat immediately after workout sionce nagwoworkout ako ng 5pm natatapos ako ng at least 7pm kmakain ako bago pumasok sa work ng 10pm ng 1 scoop rice then any ulam na avail. then pasok na sa work

    yun lng sa office my mga chichiria etch which i'm trying my best to avoid everyday plus the free soft drinks etch...

    You need more protein from whole foods, chicken, beef, eggs, fish. Para sakin konti yung kinakain mo daily or probably just enough to maintain your weight. Yun nga lang majority ng kinakain mo carbs, it's not bad pero malaki impact nun sa bodycomposition mo. Kung mataas protein intake mo most likely mas mababa bodyfat mo at mas mataas ang lean mass. The reason why mahirap magdrop ng weight kahit konti ka na kumain is because your metabolism is non responsive. Our body reaches homeostasis pag deprived, so we dont lose or gain weight at that point.

    Legit ang Cash and Carry, dun ako bumibili. If I were to recommend a supplement, siguro a better protein powder nalang like ON, Dymatize or Ultimate Nutrition.

Yung mga warm up sets maximize mo just to see how far you can go kahit umabot pa ng 30reps. You can also increase you initial warm up sets by 10-30lbs. Example from 1st set 100lbs bench press gawin mong 130lbs agad. Basta extra reps, weight and sets. That might jumpstart your system.

    bro just an update on my progress.. i stopped using promatrix and used on whey protein instead... and i lost 8 lbs since my last update... deeymm..

    mas lumabas ang maskels bradd... will take a pic asap pag mga 10 lbs binawas... pero so glad i switched to ON whey... parang mas hiyang skin pre... i take the same amount nung sa promatrix... pero for sure mas ok ang kinalabasan skin
