Ectomorph From Bataan

Hello to all,

I'm Nehemiah, nice to meet you all. I hope I can find tons of infos here lalo na mga kababayan ko kayo.

I'm already started training last Dec'14 mostly bodyweight training, I'm not a gym goer, I bought myself a pair of 5 lbs dumbbell, a pair of 10 lbs dumbbell and a 10 lbs kettlebell.

Di gaano nagproprogress due to my work schedules. But I love the pain.

    welcome sa pbb sir. try to create journal para mas mabigyan ka ng magandang advices ng mga master natin dito when it comes to proper exercise and diet. Suggestion ko lang sir, try to visit the nearest gym para magawa mo mga basic compound lifts like Deadlift, Squat, Bench Press, Overhead Press and Barbell Row. Mas may makikita ka progress compared using those 5s and 10s db. Goodluck sir, keep motivated.
