    bro, tested it, dahil flat siya as in ang feeling mo nakatapak ka sa ground, bagay siya sa DLs and Squats, spacious din ang toe box, for split squats or lunges. All in all Nike created another masterpiece and kahit for crossfit talaga siya, (ayaw man gamitin ng Nike yung term) magbebenefit din tayo sa line na ito.

    oh bakit nag 1600 ka ulet kala ko bulking kna? anyways, bro may sale sa trinoma (ewan ko kung abot kpa) alam mo ung parang lock and lock pero ibang brand naka sale 140 lang tapos may partition sa gitna ung lalagyan. dati ganyan ako mag lalagyan kaso lumalambot sa micro tapos pag medyo masabaw hindi mailock ng maayos hehe about brocoli, wag mo na try ung frozen. AMOY ILOG, soggy, hindi na crunchy. weird ung lasa.

    Thanks brah for the heads up. Gusto ko nga ng lock n' lock type, natapunan na ako sa bag eh. haha. Im experimenting on microcycles of bulk and cut bro na nakadepende din sa rep range/hypertrophy type ng workouts ko. Natest ko na ng 3 cycles, so far so good, BF% changes is negligible, lean mass gain is slow but its still there.
