I'm 19yrs old and still new to bodybuilding and feeling ko ang dami ko pang dapat matutunan. Nagworkout na ko dati kasi on off maximum 3 months na consistent pero ngayon i'm starting to get serious about this kaya napadpad ako sa page na to and try to read and learn something new. 4 months straight na ko nagwoworkout. Mejo mahirap lang mag workout pag mejo busy na sa school kasi engineering course ko kaya minsan nahihirapan isabay yung studies sa workout
I've tried the program 5x5 pero di ko tinapos,hanggang 8th week lang siguro ako kasi parang walang improvement sa physique, nag increase stats ko pero di masyadong visible yung changes. I changed my program yung mainstream na chest bicep,back tricep etc. Still not sure if i'm doing things right kasi wala pa kong diet parang ang ginagawa ko lang ngayon buhat lang ng buhat and getting my body use to it kaso mejo tumataba ako di ko alam kung tama yung workout routine na ginagawa ko. And i think parang mejo mabigat din ako base from my height.
Saka sa pag inom ng Whey, every after workout lang ako umiinom, dapat ba everyday kahit rest days?

tapos eto current pics(after workouts) mejo tumataba pero nagkakaron din naman ng improvement kaso yung belly fat nag iincrease
eto naman morning heheh parang walang muscle pag hindi afterworkout

once a week will not hurt palagay ko..
Because 5x5 is a strength program. It is a program for somebody to start with building their base strength. Besides, you won't see the dramatic changes in terms of aesthetic in under 8 weeks.
It all boils down if you can recover from the training through nutrition and recuperation (getting the adequate amount of 'quality' sleep.). Otherwise, YES.

What's your purpose on why you're planning to add cardio in your training?

I believe sa tanong mo, you're asking the 'rate of muscle growth' in terms of adding or doing cardio during resistance training... NO. Unless kulang ang kinakain mo to compensate doon sa mga ginagawa mo.
