For me, the best time to lift is 5-7 PM in the afternoon and 9:30-11AM pag morning. I used to switch these routines kase pa palit-palit yung sked ko sa work eh minsan may 3 weeks akong Day Shift. Sa Gym namin 5-7pm yung busy time lalo na pag mon-Wednesdays maraming nagbubuhat
