New here

Hi all, new here. When I tried weightlifting years ago didn't have much results. Didn't know back then that it was because of my diet. Started lifting again start of march after reading From Scrawny to Brawny, which taught me about diet. Currently doing stronglifts and only at 3rd week at the moment.

    welcome sa pbb sir, same tayo ng experience. Todo buhat din ako dati ng ilan taon pero wala gains. Until napunta ako dito sa site na to, nalaman ko na over train and under eat ako sa tulong ng mga masters natin dito, kala ko dati yong sinasabi na diet eh konti lang kakainin, hehe.
