I was really fat since late elementary days to early college days.
Lagi nag kakasakit at nag issue sa dugo nataas kasi bp at may imbalance.
I started doing boxing since 2011, lifting and calisthenics in 2013.
Tried a bit of muay thai and bjj kaso walang time so nag focus nalang sa hiit programs and calisthenics
Never be satisfied! Just keep on going!

Do you weight training with barbells or pure bodyweight exercises only ?

first set ko kadalasan squats, lunges, push ups, dragonwalk, spiderman push ups, planks and crunches
second set medyo plyo na kasi jumping squats and lunges tapos sa push ups explosive tapos third back to normal
pinapasukan ko din ng active rest like wall sits
Saang gym yan ? Ako na lang dadayo sa group workout natin
May deadlift area ba ?
malinis, mabango at malaki ang space
dalawang floors
sa first floor machines
sa second floor free space plus boxing equipments
Ano name ng gym ?
