Obese no more :)

I was really fat since late elementary days to early college days.
Lagi nag kakasakit at nag issue sa dugo nataas kasi bp at may imbalance.
I started doing boxing since 2011, lifting and calisthenics in 2013.
Tried a bit of muay thai and bjj kaso walang time so nag focus nalang sa hiit programs and calisthenics :)

Never be satisfied! Just keep on going!

    Haha before nag weweights ako 100-110 lbs sa squats same din sa leg press tapos 50-60 clean and jerk tapos 50 lbs din deadlifts haha kaso ngayon pure body weight training ako :)Haha i train 3 times a week kasi i still have school pero seryoso naman ako sa training ko and kaloka di naman ako nananakot

    College ? Anong age nag-start mag-lift ?

    Last year lang ako nag start kasi before nun nag boxing ako and a little bit of muay thai and bjj

    nagawa ako ng sarili kong program eh

    usually 3-4 sets
    first set ko kadalasan squats, lunges, push ups, dragonwalk, spiderman push ups, planks and crunches
    second set medyo plyo na kasi jumping squats and lunges tapos sa push ups explosive tapos third back to normal
    pinapasukan ko din ng active rest like wall sits :)

    ^ Ultimate goal ko talaga ang one-arm pull up and one-arm push up for upper body strength

    ako typewritter gusto ko magawa haha kaso di ko pa kay hanggang archer's push ups nalang ang kaya ko haha
