what is the best workout for bac delts? para kasing mabagal ang build up ng bac delts ko...

    i do bent over dumbell flye but it also hits my upper traps a lot than my rear delts...

    are you doing it right? yun ang tanong... baka naman sobrang bigat at sa ibang part na tumatama at iba narin form po pag dating sa pag taas ng motion?

    gawin mo yung nakadapa ka sa bench tapos mag reversefly, prone ka...

    yeah, baka mali lang ung form mo kaya di tinatamaan ung rear delts, try mo din na i-align sa ulo mo ung dumbbell habang naka dent over ka

    yung program mo , diet , etc lagay mo dun...

    ok cge ill send you my program when i was just starting...gawin q muna...ask k rin ng advice sa iba...kc i discovered na iba ibang program ang dapat sa aten depending on what body type we have...kc i used to copy a program from others but it turned out that some certain program/exercise ndi effective saken kea naghanap aq ng ibang program...
