[size=medium]Hi! Im champ, gusto ko lang po sana humingi ng advise sa workout. 3 days or 4 days split will do po. Dati na po nagwowork out but na stop pero mas better humingi ng tips para maging bulky agad. Baka po may workout routine po kayo na pwedeng i advise sakin. 5'6 height 61 kgs.
