Ung work out routine ko. Ganito siya, Upper/ lower split ginagawa kk. Ginaya ko nlng ung PHUL na merong upper power day abd upper hypertrophy. Pag upper day ko. Una ko incline,decline press, barbel row,lat pulldown and Overhead press. Pag di pa ganun katsgal sa gym(tinatry ko kc kyanin ung workout ko ng 1hr-1:30hrs. Okay lng b un?) bicep ko nmn chip up and dips s tri.Hi mga sir
