Need help, newbie here.

I need to know po the right way to lose fats, gain muscle and cut. I currently don't do any right cardio. At wala pa rin po akong diet plans and track sa weight at kinakain ko. So may flaws and mistakes I need to correct, help me out guys. Salamat mga tol.

    napakadaming article ditto na pede mo I backread. from taining/workout thread hangang diet/nutrition thread.

    teka bago ka lang sa lifting pano mo nalaman yang mga IF Diet? ung word na HIIT?

    basta basa basa lka lang ditto dami ka makukuha tips at sagot sa mga tanong mo. good luck brader. god bless
