A Newbie's Journal

PBB Gurus and experienced body builders, feel free to make comments and suggestions if my workout plan, diet plan and supplements that I am taking right now are appropriate. I pretty much gained some weight since i stopped doing any physical activities since last summer. But its been a month since I started using these workout plan, diet plan and taking supplements, at may improvement naman sa aking waist line. Is it possible for me to gain bigger muscles? Yung tipong muscles na madaling mapansin. My worry is baka pumayat ako at hindi naman madevelop ang muscles. Nag-gym na kasi ako dati at pumayat ako pero hindi lumaki ang muscles. I am welcome for your suggestions and corrections on how to improve what I am doing right now.
