    Mahirap ang 3 days na sunod-sunod, split mo nalang into movement patterns para nakakapahinga yung muscles mo.

    Day 1 - Push Exercises
    Bench Press
    Overhead Press
    Dips

    Day 2 - Pull Exercises
    Barbell Rows
    Chin-Ups/Pull-Ups
    Deadlift

    Day 3 - Accessories?
    Squats
    Core
    HIIT
