As per post from your another thread...
You could go either way of the two or combo... you decide. What you need to do is to KEEP the intensity of WO. By that I mean, to maintain the amount of weights you could lift as much as possible throughout the cutting phase.
It boils down on the amount of protein you consume and how much the intensity kept of the WO.
Calories in and calories out equation...

maniwala. gano kalaki deficit mo? cheat days? baka pag weekends bawi din? ganyan din ako dati akala ko cut na gnagawa ko only to find out na nababawi ko din sa mga small meals ung cut ko so wala din effect. baka di mo ganun kagusto mag cut?
