Shoulder Pain

Mga masters patulong naman oh, recently kasi from 4x a week every other day nag-change of routine ako into 6 days straight after my shoulder workout today napansin ko when ever I do shadow boxing or rotating my arms 360 degrees my nag-pop ganun din kanina while doing arnold press (15lbs lang each arm) may popping and discomfort. Napansin ko slightly mas mataas yung right kesa sa left and mas nag-pop yung left shoulder ko. Should I be bothered? Plano ko is to rest until friday since start nanaman ang schooling at weekends na lang makakapagbuhat. Meron din bang nakakaexperience sa inyo ng ganito natatakot kasi ako baka rotator cuff injury. Pa-share naman ng experience and knowledge niyo about dito or if my videos for rehabilitation pa-share na rin. Thank you in advance Masters :sport::sport::sport::sport:

ganun dn ako, yung sa left ko.
at gaya nga ng sabi ni papi chee, wag muna mag panic , pag more than a week at andun parin ung pain/discomfort/etc ayun, dun ka na mag simula mag alala at maghanap ng dahilan bakit ganun at mag tanong tanong at research ka na rin
