Tanong lang po mganda po ba gumamit ng mega mass mag 1 month plang po ako sa gym,, gusto ko sana gumamit nun,, kasi nababasa ko nakakatulong sya pra bumilis lumaki ang muscle, and anu po mas mgandang MEGA MASS YUNG 2000 OR 4000 and may mga nabasa din ako tungkol sa side effect like pag ka kalbo and sa erection,, totoo po ba yun?.. salamat po :sport:

kailangan mo lng kumain ng above maintenance mo (caloric surplus)

no idea bro kung totoo yung side effect, never used mass gainer kase pero parang di naman totoo, hehe!
Korek si sir. kumain ka ng Kanin. yun nalang ang gawin mong supplement. i'm not being sarcastic. misconception kasi ng rice na puro carbohydrates lang tapos nakakataba. but meron din kasing protein ang kanin which will help you get muscle mass. and shempre, carbs for energy. nakakataba naman talaga ang kanin kung di mo gagamitin yung carbs as energy.
basta ba kakain ka rin ng tama gaya ng mga payo ng asa taas eh.

But be warned na madaya mass gainers kasi ang konti ng servings eh kung iisipin it's basically a scoop of whey protein and TONS of sugars/sweeteners to pass off as the carb content.
