as what you have noticed i dont have any leg excercises. The reason why is that i broke my femur exactly a year ago so no no leg day thats why i cant shed fat easily because i cant lift heavy weights while standing. thank you guys211lbs pala mga master so thats overweight sa height ko haha kahiya naman

    Yes, I noticed that one. Especially your right calf. IDK if it's just me pero parang disproportionate sa kabila... ?
  • ayy pansin ko nga nka raise kasi yung calf sir sorry same lang sila both pero mas maliit talaga right leg ko kesa sa left. saklap kung san kung kelan kpa na disgraysa dun ka rin maka pag decide mag healthy living lol
  • Im back! damn napataas pahinga ko. well actually nagpahinga in an unhealthy way. havent worked out for almost 3 weeks. gained 2 kilos, smoking like a tambucho mejo na guilty ako instead of starting anew para bumbalik sa dati problema talaga disiplina at consistency. anyway should i be worried for not making it to the gym/weighlift for almost 3weeks? and i have already decided to stop smoking as in right now. no BS 1 stick per day echus echus. I will start again next week. merry christmas pala guys
  • hello guys how are you? hehe gained alot of weight since xmas and new year celeb lol. from 92 to 98 kg. i tried IF lost 3kg since im doing if for 2wks pa naman and nothing remarkable pa as of the moment. maybe i lost water weight. hehe na excite ako more to come after another 2weeks including pictures
