Just started going to the gym. Mag 3 months palang ako, I plan to take Whey Protein starting January.
Any comments sa workout program ko? I work out 3-4x a week. Kapag hindi busy everyday pa nga.
Re: the program, minimal leg workout sana, I need to strengthen my upper body and build my arms and chest. I do parkour and streetdance as well.
Ectomorph. Malakas naman akong kumain. Pero di talaga lumalampas ng 58 kg ang weight ko, 56 nga yata ako ngayon. I'll try harder at eating more, 2x a day lang usually dahil sobrang busy.

Saka for parkour, dapat priority ko ang upper body and arms muna kasi ok na naman strength ng legs ko. I did jog 5kms everyday during college and I still do streetdance.
No time. But I do try to eat as much as possible. Medyo paranoid nga lang ako kapag nakikita kong lumalaki yung tiyan ko. Anorexic din kasi ako nung bata ako pero "medyo" cured na. Nakakastress lang tingnan sa mirror yung tiyan ko kapag bagong kain.
Well kailangan mo po kumain ng madami para mapalaki ang iyong gustong palakihin
Sa January na ako magsusupplements, natatakot akong magkapimples bago magpaschool ID e. Haha!
Treadmill, jogging and using leg equipment kapag naghihintay for another equipment. Or maybe wrong choice ang wording ko? Sorry!
noted boss! eat eat eat! Haha! Pero seryoso kakain na talaga ako ng madami. Ano bang marerecommend nyo na snacks? Yung binibili nalang somewhere, can't cook e. Buti nga yun pan seared chicken breast madaling lutuin.

I mean ok pa naman yung leg strength ko since I can jump down almost 10 feet without any pain or problem. Pero noted yan sir, magsesearch ako ng for strength and resistance training ng legs. Nahihiya akong sumingit sa nagssquats e, yung mga malalaking katawan sa gym minsan sinosolo na yung equipment. Haha

January na boss. After ko magpaschool ID. Deliks baka magbreakout ang pimples e. OK na naman after magpaID. Pero ang plano ko is ON during workout days tapos PM7 during rest days.
I prefer fresh milk than Vitamilk. I've read somewhere na nakakababa daw ng testosterone level ang soy milk though hindi ko sya kine-claim na totoo. Halos same protein content lang sila ng milk kaya sa milk ako. hehe

dadating ka din dyan bro. ako dati twice a year lang ata kumain ng fastfood for several years kasi super sensitive ako sa fatgain, bloating and all kinds of genetic flaws. Then dumating sa point na kaya na ng katawan ko especially my metabolism ang mga ganung pagkain.
@ryande mga calorie densed food kainin mo kung wala kang time at appetite para bultuhan ang pasok ng calories sa katawan.

Ang solusyon dian.. add mo calorie intake mo by 100-300 each week
hanggang malaman mo kung ilan ang calories need mo para ma gain ng 0.5-1lb per week.
For 0.5 lb per week na gain, ang advise ng nutritionist is 2400-2500 calories sakin. Well sinusunod ko naman yun ngayon, lampas pa nga kasi kain ako ng kain.
Nagwowork out naman di ba? Actually pinakaaccessible for SNACKS ang fast food sakin. Sobrang busy e.
IMO If you have poor metabolism and genetics "SLOW BULK" is not for you. If you have not built anything yet (mass, strength, experience) slow bulk also is not for you. I know nabasa na natin lahat sa internet yang .5-1lb per week weight gain.... but c'mon, who has actually done it? dito sa pinas sino na nakagawa nyan on a consistent basis? or done it over and over again with good results?
I know that .5-1lb per week weight gain is a good gauge for muscle gains, but the question is how would you know how much calories you need to get those gains? MOst hardgainers nahihirapan pa mag-gain ng 1lb despite eating 1k or more calories above maintenance. Meron din tumingin lang sa pagkain 2lbs per week pa ang weight gain...

It's either you're not eating enough or you're undereating.
Pero para lng sakin, stick with basics.
Na try ko nayang dirty bulk yung malaki ung caloric surplus.

I care about looking good while building muscle, doesn't matter if it's slowly as long it is all quality muscle..
I think it's okay for powerlifters though if you're training for strength without caring aesthetics.

that depends on OP. I am just giving advice.
Also, if it doesn't work for us doesn't mean it wont work for them. my advice was specifically for OP and not some random generic advice i read somewhere. And, you really wont get much solid evidence with 1 year of diet experimentation. Training and nutrition goes hand and hand so if your diet doesnt match with your training doesnt mean its wrong... wrong timing siguro.
i didn't watch the vids, both guys are juiced so they're on a different class of their own. No offense but i find it not suitable for true natty's. I agree with frank zane tho but again the road to get to what he is saying will differ if steroids are involved.
