sa diet eto lang routine ko,, no rice pa din,, at eat more pa din but rich in protein, like egg whites (bye yolks) , tuna, tofu and peanut butter, minsan pag may time pa ,steam breast part ng chicken, remove skin . bsta iwas sa salty, sweets at high cholesterol foods,, more on, fish, veggies and fruits,,
sa workout,, lift medyo heavy and intense workout, gym sked ko,, mon to fri after work,, 6pm to 9pm,,
program ko,
day 1 - chest / tricep/ traps / abs
day 2 - back / bicep / shoulder / traps / abs
day 3 - rest
day 4 - repeat day 1
day 5 - repeat day 2
day 6 - rest
day 7 - legs / abs
then repeat
