    thanks bro ghee,, ganun pa din ,
    sa diet eto lang routine ko,, no rice pa din,, at eat more pa din but rich in protein, like egg whites (bye yolks) , tuna, tofu and peanut butter, minsan pag may time pa ,steam breast part ng chicken, remove skin . bsta iwas sa salty, sweets at high cholesterol foods,, more on, fish, veggies and fruits,, :)

    sa workout,, lift medyo heavy and intense workout, gym sked ko,, mon to fri after work,, 6pm to 9pm,,

    program ko,
    day 1 - chest / tricep/ traps / abs
    day 2 - back / bicep / shoulder / traps / abs
    day 3 - rest
    day 4 - repeat day 1
    day 5 - repeat day 2
    day 6 - rest
    day 7 - legs / abs
    then repeat
