Been Lifting weights for about 1-2years already(on and off)
Started at 15yrs old and I'm currently 16yrs old.
My Main goal is to add lean muscle mass and be Aesthetic as ****
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 62kg

  • welcome! sa dami ng supps mo you need to hit the gym to maximize training and lifts
  • My advice would be focus on basic weight training exercise- bench press, squat, deadlifts, curls, rows, etc. Try to increase the weight progressively. Track progress. Your gauge will be strength increase and eventually you will see muscle gains. No need to take so much supplements. Proper intake of food will be sufficient. Goodluck!

    Wala kasi pang deadlifts dito ehh puro dumbbells lang then a couple of machines

    1 week and a half results..... I have what do you call gynecostamia kasi normal lng on teenager like my age now po but based on my research it would be gone lng, my chest is hard pero sa nipples puffy sya, but yeah mawawala lng daw toh so its okay!

    kain ka madami lalo na yung ma protina, tamang tama yan kasabay ng mga supps tapos dapat nakakapa hinga/tulog ka rin ng tama at higit sa lahat isang training na papasok sa mga newbie :) kung jan sa condo eh ganyan lang ang gamit, baka pwede munang mag enroll ka sa mga gym sa labas ng condo para mas ma ging maayos training mo. ok naman ung sa condo mo pero baka mabitin ka at kulangin ka

  • Then extrang tanong lang guys, okay lang ba na magbubulk ako even may gynecomastia ako or puffy nipples ngayon? Kasi weird tingnan kasi ehh hard chest ko but when it comes sa nipples puddy hahaah nakakainis but mawawala lng daw toh ehh.... Whenever i hit the gym diko malilimutan mag bench press para sa chest hehe.

    wag ka magsabi may gyno ka unless doctor nagsabi sayo yan
    at parang normal lng naman yung chest mo ah.. search mo ibang case ng gyno at compare sayo.
    hindi mawawala yung fat sa chest mo sa benchpress.
    mag research ka nlg po ng mga basics like reason behind muscle building, reason behind fat loss / cutting, difference of hypertrophy and hyperplasia etc.

    ok lang mag bulk ka. at kung kaya naman na damihan mo intake mo ng protein palagi mas mainam. lift heavy basta tamang form pa rin :)

  • Oo nga ehh di ko kasi alam ano yun sa tagalog haha! But anyways normal lng ba pagkatapos ng gym di na ako nag sosore masyado tapos parang nasa isip ko is hindi pa sapat yung ginawa ko kasi di ako nag sore hehe 1 hour po ako focus mag gym yung ilang sessions ko always ko tinitingnan time but now diko na namamalayan ang time sa focus sa lifting. Palagi kasi nasa isip ko "No Pain, No Gain"
  • I like the word "puffy", it makes having teen "man boobs" sound cute. LOLz. I used to have "puffy" nipples too when I was a teen. They look like my female cousin's pre-puberty boobs (TMI). But they disappeared completely during college when my chest became almost flat.

  • Tmatanong ko lng, kamusta bowel movements nnyo? Ano kakainin parama soften at maging regular bowel movements? Kasi ako minsan in 1 day di ako makapag bawas then minsan in 1 day 1 time lng sya lalabas pero ang tigas hahah *weird question* :) but i need to ask you guys kasi baka irregular toh and i need to add on my diet. Thanks! :D

  • @Ghee grabe ang dami kong iniinum na tubig , heavy water drinker behcause i am not drinking any soft drinks po and seldom lng sa juice. But halos every day water lng lahat iniinum ko at whey at milk. Estimated ko maybe 4-6liters of water

    nice good good! try mo mag add ng green leafy or any fibrous food sa meals mo. oats lang ung source of fber mo baka kulang pa. dati ako nag C-Lium fiber Supplement every morning um-ok naman ung bowel movment ko. try drinking hot tea at night before bed time. PEchay, kangkong, brocoli!

    Gaano ba yan karegular? Hindi kasi sa frequency masasabi kung ano ang normal na bowel movement, may mga tao na normal ang twice a day, meron namang normal ang twice a week.

  • Guys share ko lng po experience ko noon.
    Dati kasi i am 65kg taba ko dati ng dahil sa crush crush nayan haha yun di ko na malayan imbis inspiration si crush naging Crush diet nagawa ko i lose fats and also MUSCLES :( dahil dati sa isip ko ones na payat ako mas lalo pumogi haha pero na sobraan ng pagkapayat, dahil Crush diet within 1month and ilang araw lng naging 46kg ako waaaa! Tapos yun wala na yung ibang muscles ko dati then dahil crush diet and unhealthy diet may man boobs ako at maybe sa hormones ko lng kasi teens or what we called skinny fat ako ngayon. Dati grabe happy ako kasi pumayat ako nakontento ako but few months have past parang di ko na gusto nakikita sa mirror ang payat payat ko puro buto nlng tssk. Yun dun na nagsimula ang pagiisip ko mag workout o gym para mabawi ang mga muscles tapos para gumanda figure ng katawan ko. Hindi ko gusto maligo ng swimming pool ng parang buto o kaya maglaro ng basketball na parang papel, dati sa basketball ang lakas ko but na realize ko ilang months na payat ako tapos naglalaro ng basketball, wala na akong lakas so im discouraged . Kaya i want to be big and ripped!

  • paps basta wag ka matakot kumain, nangyari sakin dati yan, from 75kilos to 60 kilos in 2 months, sipag2 ko mag gym 4-5x a week pa, wala ko kinakain kase kala ko tataba ulit ako, as in napaka onti pa ng kinakain ko pre workout lang ako kumakain post workout 1 glass of milk lang,, 500-1,000 cals lang ata intake ko nun per day no carbs pa wala pong biro, aun kinalabasan payat nga sayang investment sa gym walang improvement sa muscle, imbes pumogi nagmukang adik umpak na umpak ang muka ko , un ang biggest mistake ko sa pagwowork out, pero now 80 kilos ako 1800-2000 cal. kinakain ko per day, 3x workout per week, d nababawasan timbang ko d din nadadagdagan, pero ang positive is mas maayos tignan sa salamin at medyo fit na damit, aun share ko lang para d magaya sa iba.. :P goodluck!

    Weight lifting is anaerobic meaning you dont need the presence of oxygen to produce the energy you need to loft. Among the 3 macronutrients namely carbohydrate, protein & fat, carbohydrate lang ang naco convert into energy through phosphagen system. So don't remove carbs from your diet as it will fuel you for the workout. If you're worried na nakakataba, kung kaya mo, lower it to 30%-35% ng daily caloric intake mo but for me, its too much. Mga 40% to be on the safer side. Also, too much fiber can also cause constipation. To improve bowel movement, hydration is the best pa din (8 glasses of water per day minimum)
