Can You Use An ELectric Cigarette To Help You Stop Smoking

People use all kinds of gimmicks and gadgets to help themselves stop smoking. Once a person is determined to quit, they will seek out whatever methods they think might be helpful with the process. Quitting smoking is not no easy task and it requires a concentrated effort. You would think that it just not thinking about it would be a good way to do it, but it is almost impossible for a smoker to stop thinking about. Even when they have gotten the nicotine they are addicted to out of their system, it is still a battle to over come the rest of the habits associated with smoking such as keeping something in your hands and mouth periodically.

One of the hardest habits for smokers to break is associating certain things with smoking. Many smokers are coffee and alcohol drinkers and they are accustomed to having a cigarette while they enjoy either of these beverages. To a smoker, one goes with the other. If you have coffee, you have a cigarette with it. When a smoker finishes a meal or when they first get up in the morning, they want a cigarette. They smoke while they drive or when they are on the phone. These are the little habits that are so hard to break. Each time they start to do one of these things during their day, they think of a cigarette.

nakakatakot talagang maadik. ako na quit ko yung smoking ko last year lang. Ngayon bihirang bihira na at hindi ko na naging bisyo.

Working out made me decide to quit. kasi ang hirap mag cardio or kahit weight train pag nag smoke. hinahapo ako.
