    pwede namn dalawa kahit tatlo sa isang araw depende sa goal papi IMO :)

    IMO pwede naman magkasama talaga. ive tried a workout na superset pa nga yung dalawa and it worked for me. nasasayo yun pano mo gagawin and what will be your goal talaga. giving your best in every lift depends primarily on the person not the workout.

    anyway. welcome sir gian here at the forum. tanong ka lang sa mga masters dito and dont hesitate to clear things up.Goodluck on your adventure and may the force be with you :^^
