vitamins + supplements timing

Hi brods.. Newbie here. Question lang sana about sa timing and frequency ng supplements. Sorry if natanong na ito dati.

Meron kasi ako ON Whey, GNC Multivitamins (regular), Non-acidic vitamin-C and fish oil.. Pano kaya ang proper and effective way na pag inom ng na mention ko per day / time per day? And ok lang kaya if sabay sabay?

    AM training post workout: 2 scoops whey + 1 Multi + 3 fishoils
    After last meal: 1 Multi + 3 fishoils


    OPTION2
    PM training post workout: 2 scoops whey + 1 Multi + 3 fishoils
    With first meal: 1 Multi + 3 fishoils

    **Vitamin C: pwede PreWO or anytime mo gusto pero check mo muna kung how much vitC meron sa multivitamin mo para alam mo kung ilan dapat inumin. Ako 1000mg-2000mg daily.

    Yung vitC ko pala is 500mg lang per tab. Best talaga for whey is postworkout nalang? Yung nabasa ko kasi sa guide nila is every meal then pre+post workout kaso parang ang dami naman.

    Ok lang naman siguro if sabay sabay at once noh? Like sa example mo, whey+multi+fishoil+vitc
