15 years old po me 5'7 height 66 kg .

medyo mataba po me or may body fat siguro na 25-30%

ang pag lift po ba ay may bad side effect for me sa ganitong edad ko ?

pahingi po sana ng workout plan for me for beg. in house lang po sana
with pair of dumbbells .

dahil po may body fat me can i use hydroxycut while lifting or pro matrix 7 while lifting ?

sana po matulungan nyo ako salamat .
