Gain weight and loose body fat

Mga master nagsimula ako mag gym last month with starting weight of 150 lbs, 21% body fat. Kumuha ako ng gym trainer and told him na ang goal ko sana 150 lbs pa din pero reduced body fat to 15%. So initially po ang ginawa nya is to bring my weight down so ngayon nasa 141 na lang po ko pero body fat is still at 21% medyo frustrated ako kasi parang hinde gumalaw un body fat ko though in terms of actual weight ng fat, bumaba naman sya by 1lb. Ang diet ko po is no carbs daw sa gabi tapos meat lang daw po. Then pinapakain nya din ako ng egg white around 6pcs/day. So currently I'm taking also a mass gainer. In terms of workout naman po he gives me 10mins sa running then weights na after. Any suggestions po where you can see improvement sa mga ginagawa ko para ma-reach ko yung goal ko?

in my opinion bro kailangan mo ng palitan yung instructor mo haha. parang nangyari ang nawala sayo eh yung masel mo while maintaining yung fat mo which is sad. change your eating habits and eat more protein while cutting para ma preserve yung muscle mo.
