ansakit ng upper back left ko.

Kahapon po kc nag Shoulder workout ako tapos tinaasan ko lng naman ung weight ng binubuhat ko Military Press xa. 1yr + na ko nag bubuhat . Ngaun lng sumakit ng ganto. Akala ko kaninang umaga wala na kc hnd na xa ganun kasakit tapos pag punta ko nun sa gym para mag Tricep at Bicep sana. Pag stretch ko ng katawan ko biglang sumakit ult xa. Tas ngaun parang may stif neck ako. Pag bumabangon ako at humihiga sumasakit xa. Natatakot ako baka d na ko makapag buhat ulit. Anu b dapat ko gawin mga ka pbb :-(

    @daikixD - I had a (almost) similar injury before. I got it from doing a barbell shrugs. I lost my right hand grip on the barbell, but before it totally slips on my hand, I run after it and saved it from hitting the floor. I sacrificed my upper back on that. I almost collapsed after.

    What I did? ... I made sure to have a decent full rest for the whole night. The next day, I immediately went to a licensed therapist to check my back.

    We ended on two sessions and had a 1 (whole) month rest.

    Please avoid those massage parlors because they really don't know how to deal with it.

    don't fret about it bro, normal lang na na iinjured tayo sa pag bubuhat ( IMO, lesson to be learned yung mga injury para in the future, alam na natin kung anong tama / mali ) . wag ka mag alala, makakapag buhat ka pa rin, all you need to do is to take an ample time to rest. Let the injury heal first before working out that specific injured part of your body. In the mean time, you can still work out but make sure na hindi siya direct dun sa injured maskel mo. Pero in your part, not sure if dahil sa stretching mo ikaw na injured since sabi mo nga pag gising mo wala na diba? and take note, STIFF NECK yung injury mo, not sure kung pwede kang mag buhat nang may injury, list of injury ko dati are the ff: lower back pain, knee pain, golfers elbow, "sore"peck ( so sore that I can't stretch it specially when doing squat). Isa lang ginagawa ko. Rest , Ice, Compress, Elevate. After a few days, deload nang konti and before you know it, your'e back in track sa poundage mo. Wag itaas ang ihi ( [size=x-small]ego [/size]) at indi mag deload, baka lalong ma aggrevate yung injury mo.

    wala namang namuong dugo sir @core , for few weeks I can't even stretch since whenever I do a chest out, or stretch my back ( retract ) , or even do a pressing movement, there's a acute pain under my right peck. not sure if peck tear is the right word for it or what's not.

    Bro Kung sumakit yan, tapos umakyat sa neck kaya parang may stiff neck ka, pwedeng nerve yan. Yan kasi madalas na symptom, pag nagttravel yung pain. Opinion ko Lang to bro, better pacheck mo na lang sa specialists.
