OPTIMUM NUTRITION'S OPTI-MEN

This is my dinner, I take opti-men right after my meal.




This is a multivitamin for men by Optimum Nutrition known makers of our all time favorite 100% gold standard Whey Protein:

I heard positive reviews about this multi-vitamin in some forums (bb.com) so i decided to give it a try.

I take 3 tabs a day (As instructed) and I take one after each meal.

EFFECTIVENESS - 9/10

From the moment i started to take Opti-men (last Feb) I never got sick. This is what I really loved about this product. Unlike when I was on Centrum I still get sick sometimes.

ENERGY - 8/10

Gives a boost thruout the day. I can feel a certain drop (minimal lang) if I forget to take my daily dosage.

TASTE/SMELL - 9/10

No after-taste unlike some multivits that I have tried (One A Day smells awful and and has an aftertaste). Warning : Expect to pee the yellowest of the yellow especially if you didn't drink enough water. Other than that, it's fine it's just the body's way of flushing out the excess Vit B's.

VALUE - 7/10

Unfortunately, this is the my only concern about Opti-men. But of course, you get what you pay for and that is what matters to me. A 180tablet bottle will only last for 2 months because 3 tabs is the daily recommended serving.

I recommend OPTI-MEN for those who are looking for people who are looking for a quality multivitamin out there, you'll certainly get what you'll pay for.

    Sulit talaga to pre, tuloy tuloy na ko sa opti-men di na kami magkakahiwalay =)

    Oo pre, pagkapalit mo post your own review.
    Centrum ako before 2 years ata. Pero since nag opti-men ako never pko nagkasakit. Sa centrum isang haching lang sureball sipon na. Eto ma haching ka pero hnd tutuloy.

    dear guys,

    heres my take on OPTMEN

    activity:
    -17kms from home to work every day(riding a scooter)
    -cardio 6 times a week for 20mins to 30 mins
    -3 times a week of a relentless physical fitness (40mins)
    -arnis and knife fighting skills 3 times a week for 20 mins each
    -computer games: car racing for 4 times a week for 2 hours


    ***it works like a gem, meron ka pang natitirang lakas.
    ***30 days ko na syang tinetake

    -and eto ang nagustuhan ko:

    3 times akong pumasok ng basang basa sa ulan gamit scooter (off course may extra shirt)
    paguwi ganun na naman basa. pansin ko, hindi ako tinatablan ng sipon.(take note 5am pa ng umaga ang lamig)


    -3 tabs a day with food(minsan halo ko nalang sa protein shake)
    -2 tabs a day on non fitness days


    side note:
    -hindi po ako binayaran ng OPTIMUM NUTRITION para i-review ang product na ito.
    -positive effect po sa akin kaya ko rin po nagustuhan.

    mukhang okay yang opti men ah.
    nagte-take ako ng vitamin c.
    na try ko na potencee at ceecon
    pero tinatamaan pa rin ako ng sipon.

    yep try mo....kung meron 90 tabs get it, pero halos walang stock..so
    i end up getting the 180 tabs. (cash&carry)

    dahil dito kuminis ang mukha ko haha at hindi ako nagkakasakit kahit ulan ng ulan.. at kahit walang tulog, sakto pa din energy.. i take them twice a day. hehe

    haha pansin ko lang parang kuminis kasi mukha ko e.. sana nga may pampatangkad din to haha. pero honestly good buy to, kung mag ccentrum ka e i suggest mag Opti men ka na lang. Almost same price lang per daily intake and mas maganda yung content especially if you are working out. Good buy!
