Call center employee's hub

Hi guys Im a TSR tier 2 working at a bpo in ortigas and also a prat time tattoo artist. I work in shifting sched yet find time to make my self healthy and ripped. I do my workout at home where no one will get me pressured or insecure. How do I manage my time? Simple! I adjust my hrs of sleep, time with my family, work time, meal time and of course my workout sched. It's all about planning your day right. Don't make excuses na you dont have time to workout or I feel so tired na cause I work night shift. It's just a matter of being time organized. And in the first place it's for your own sake. So get your self out of your comfort zone! Plan your day! Wag bara bara.:)

    Same here, I work at Market!Market! and I'm from San Juan M.M, normally byahe ko is 1 hour or so. IMHO, it's all about TIME MANAGEMENT. I get out of work nang mga 7AM, byahe ako pauwi and normal hours na nasa bahay na ko eh mga 8:45 - 9:15( 8:30 pag walang traffic), pahinga lang nang konti,mga 9:30 - 9:45, kailangan nasa gym na ko, by around 11:00 - 11:30, depends on what body part I work out, tapos na ko. 12 - 1:30PM - kain / ligo / nood dvd or tv. By 2PM - 2:30 PM tulog na ko and lastly I get up at around 8:15 - 8:30PM( that 6 hours of sleep if im lucky) to get ready for work,
