Help naman mga pre. This is my dilemma. I'm quite confused on what to do. Payat kasi ako mga brader, pero hindi naman sobrang kapayatan, at ang mahirap pa nun, medyo may kalakihan din ang tiyan ko. 2 weeks pa lang akong nag wowork out sa gym and I can't decide yet whether to bulk up or mag pa lean muna. Pag nagpa bulk kasi ako, baka lalong lumaki tong tiyan ko, pag nagpa lean naman, baka maging patpatin na itsura ko. What do you think? Your opinions are highly appreciated. I will post my statistics, program and eating habits sa Personal Journal soon with pic para mas matulungan nyo ako. Maraming salamat mga masters. Mas gusto ko yung atmosphere dito kesa dun sa kabilang body and fitness forum. Astig talaga ang PBB!
