Calisthenics? Anyone?

hi this is Dylan. 24. 5'11" 76kg. been working out for 1yr and a half now ive been thinkin about trying calisthenics for a month. i'll share my mix n match ideas / workouts / programs to you guys and post yours. im sure we all do body weight workouts.
anyway,
Day 1 : Chest
Push ups 3 x 20
Bar Push ups 3 x 15 (push up with a pull up bar on the floor.)
5 sec up 5 sec down push ups 3 x 10
total reps : 135
this is day 1. so i'll try for 200 - 300 reps next week. and more sets like diamond push ups for triceps and explosive push ups for strength.

@Emman1986 oo bro push up and pull up talaga yung maganda sa bodyweight. tama si @Ohsnap handstand push up para sa shoulders.
@rtravino29 oo bro samen din meron ganyan. hybrid sila eh. gym at calishthenics ang program.
salamat ulit guys sa reply. pahinga ako ngyon sakit dibdib ahaha. post ako pull up workout ko bukas. normal, wide grip at close grip, overhand lahat.
isa pa pala sa gusto ko ma master sa calisthenics, tawag nila pistol squat or single-leg squat. di ko kaya eh haha.
pano ginagawa nya sa dips?
Minsan nakakita ako ng foreigner sa old gym ko, weights / calisthenics hybrid ang specialty sya. May sarili siyang weight belt at he does a lot of weighted 100lbs pullups for reps. Ang pinakanakakagulat ay ang mga core exercises nya, puro muscle ups at mga advance-expert level na hang exercises. Siguro kung mataas lang ang ceiling namin, baka nag gymnastics na sya crossover machine.
naka horizontal habang naka elevate sa ere brah, matagal tagal din syang naka horizontal, hehe!
ah pag mga 30 mins sya ganun malupit nga hehehe
