    about sa creatine, studies shows na mas effective daw sya pag after work out mo gamitin.

    IMHO, anytime of the day, pwede i take. ( In my case, after work out on w..o days, and pagkagising sa umaga during non work out days)

    pero I hope maka share din ako ng advice.
    Ditch the amino 2222. waste of money lang yan.
    stick with creatine mono and whey protein.
    eto ang mga supplements na beneficial sa training at sa diet mo ;)

    Creatine timing doesn't matter. It takes a week for your blood to get saturated with creatine, it takes that long. So daily timing isn't necessary.



    The easiest way to understand why taking creatine would be beneficial to us lifters is knowing your krebs cycle and energy sources. It's all there is PPST and pretty easy to understand.
