there was a thread here asking if Milo can be an alternative PWO drink. most of responses didn't agree, saying it's not enough, but it can be a good mix with protein powder as an added taste.
I drink milo twice a day with cereal, so I thought maybe it would be enough.

hindi talaga ako mahilig mag selfie lalo na sa katawan, pero sige gawin ko na lang para sa journal. create ako this weekend para din may before/after photo ako after 6mos.
sir @jmpilongo di naman kelngan top less brod (no homo) kelangan may pics para reference mo na rin sa journey mo sa BBing para pwede mo makita yung tipong before and after. Pwede ka na gumawa ngayon then tska na yung pics. Fill-up mo muna yung mga info na kelangan like height, weight, goal, etc..

Whey = 20-30g Protein (depende sa brand)
