tanong lang mga paps ilang days dapat mag rest pag may bagong tats?bale sa braso kasi ulit ako nagpalagay hanggang shoulders ,delts at konti sa may triceps

Actually hindi yun sakit prob mo jan, yung chance lang na mapasukan ng bacteria kasi open wound yan. Lalo na kung sa kalawanging bakal gym ka nagbubuhatKaya lang kung desidido ka pala sa bodybuilding baka someday pagsisihan mo yan.

He waited 24 hours only! He used Bepanthene Plus (cream) for the healing process. When he made a new tattoo on his bizeps, he waited 24 hours, then he started with legs, the next day chest or shoulders and 3 days later he trained back...... Tattoos on his shoulders or back wasnt a big problem.. he trained back or shoulders 2 days later.. he never had problems. He told me that its a bit diffrent from person to person.... and a bit the fine work of the tattoo artist...
His last tattoo was inside the forearm... he trained on the same same day.
BTW: hes swiss (white guy).

and it's permanent on your body so choice mo na lang yan if gusto mo masira ung design at makita habambuhay hehehe
