pag newbie ka, malaki ang chance mo sa lahat, strength gain, fatloss, mass gain, recomposition etc.
Once your body has been there and done that or adapted to alot of things, it gets harder to achieve the same or better results.
example:
fatloss - from 300lbs obese, it's easier to drop to 200lbs & drop alot of fat kung consistent ka naman. once you hit a plateau on fatloss, suddenly lost ka na at stuck. Actually mas madami namomoblema na BB's on how to drop from 18-15%BF to 10-12%.
muscle gain - from skinny ecto na 120lbs, nag-gain ng weight up to 150lbs (mostly muscle). while the gains are good, they still look thin with that frame. kaso after the newbie gains slowed down yung dating 30lbs muscle gain in 6 months - 1year e hindi na umandar. kahit 10lbs hirap maachieve.
possible ang lean bulk, pero identify mo muna yung individual situation mo kasi walang one size fits all na approach or process dyan
Normal naman kasi tumaba pag nag bbulk, gusto ko lang talaga maiwasan yun sobrang pag taba.

Going back to my question, pano po ba mag lean bulk? at ok lang ba mag lean bulk sa akin? Wala pa kasi ako nababasang definite answer sa tanong ko.
Try reading "body building revealed by will brink" this is a very good book. I think you can find all the answers to your questions in that book.

Siguro ganito. Pero never ko pa na try tong gawin. Surplus on workout days and maintenance on rest days.
Depende din ba sa body type or genes ang pag lean bulk?
So dahil newbie ako, pwede ko ma achieve to. Sabayan ko na lang siguro ng cardio for overall health and malessen yun body fat increase.
Dagdag ko na din. Yun barkada ko kasi dati hindi naman sya dumaan sa bulking phase (unti pa nga yun kinakaen nya dahil gusto nya daw ng abs) pero mabilis mag improve yun muscle growth nya.

F*ck genes and body type, alot of people over the past decades have proven that it could be done naturally regardless of bodytype, genes or whatever. PATIENCE LANG.
kung gusto mo magaya sa kaibigan mo magbuhat ka lang, go hard and heavy all the time and be consistent. that's how you'll get your NEWBIE GAINS
tsaka clear mo muna sa sarili mo kung LEAN-BULKING ba ang naiisip mong solution, baka naman CUT-GAINING gusto mo (build muscle and cut fat simultaneously? :duh:).
LEAN BULK = gain mass with minimal fat gain
e pano kung mataas pa BF mo? kahit mag-gain ka ng lean mass with minimal fat kung initially mataas BF mo net result mo might be MORE LEAN MASS BUT SAME AMOUNT OF BF.
Kaya ko lang naman gusto yun gawin kasi wala na akong maisuot na pang gimik ko dati. Puro pumuputok na dahil sa muscle at fat gains.
Kumbaga factor dito yun physical appearance at self-esteem (problema to ng matataba gaya ko dati). Mahirap bumalik sa ganong katawan ulit.

I guess it is possible to have a lean bulk body if you alternate cardio and weight lifting. tingin ko lang.

Pero kung desidido ka sa lean bulk, dapat tantya mo lahat ng kinakain mo. Pag sinabing 350g of protein per day dapat ganun. Then yung pahinga mo rin at training mo depende rin syempre

I've never tried it kc baguhan pa ako, but I am planning once I gain more strength, lalo ng stamina.
