    Actually nag sisimula nako mag x shape kasi nag iimproved na kahit papano ung lower body ko compare sa dati

    At regarding sa V shape magkakaron ka nyan sigurado ko kasi dedicated ka rin naman . Lalo siguro kung nung newbie pa ako eh nadiskubre ko na tong pbb, baka sa malamang may chance na mas improved ko pa siguro back ko. Pero gaya ng sabi nila, pag may tyaga, may nilaga hihihi
