mga sir is there anyone here that includes peanut as part of their daily diet?

Nagdagdag ako ng peanut sa diet ko because of the protein intake, hindi ko namonitor yung fat ng peanut. So nadagdagan taba ko where Im on a cutting phase. So nawala din pinaghirapan ko.
For me Healthy fat is still fat. Just eat it in moderation kung ilang fat ang kelangan mo sa diet.
Peanuts are staple in my diet. 100 grams everyday.
I think carbohydrate is much more responsible for our bodyfat. Carb triggers the insulin levels to increase. imo
I take P28 peanut butter(20g) now and almonds(15g). Siguro hindi ko lang natrack yung peanut na nakain ko in that month i think umaabot ng 200grams ng fat kinakain ko nun LOL masarap lagi ngumuya eh hehe. Yup actually Carb din talaga, nasobrahan lang ako ng peanut dati.
basta consider nyo lang kung anong klaseng peanuts kakainin nyo, kasi magkakatalo yan kung prito or nilagang mani. yung mga packed nuts minsan may extra grease pa nga to keep it moist. so aside from the fat in the peanuts may extra fat ka pa sa mantika
Nuts are great to add good fats to our daily macros, but be very careful po sa amount kc its caloric dense talaga.
I have 10~15 of almonds pala everyday. Mas prefer ko xa kesa sa peanut / p.butter
pero kung kumakain ka out of boredom, wala kang kontrol sa dami ng makakain mo, dederetso sa taba yan
