    its been a while hehe...

    nabago sked ko dahil na din sa bagong task sa work, tapos same na kme ni gf ng location na pinapasukan so ako si sundo na. 9pm na nakakauwi. nakakasundot naman sa gym dun sa kapitbahay namin pero netong whole month wala na ko gym talaga...

    nakakita ako ng gym malapit dito sa Ayala. ung D GyM sa ma Rufino. tried it yesterday.ok din ung lugar kahit mejo maliit. ang kagandahan dito madami malalalkas mag legs hehe. 

    sinimulan ko workout ka sa basics ulit..

    BB Bench

  • Nakapagbuhat nako dyan, sa may pasong tamo yan diba 3rd floor. hangang 80lbs lang DB dun at umaalog yung squat rack kasi magaan.

    uu sir sa may pasong tamo yan sir...isang lng squat rack pati bench press isa lang. ung squat rack mejo magaan nga.may muntik muntik na din sumablay sa pag rack ung nag squat jan dahil sumasama ung rack..may alam ka ba boss @badass_vinch na ok pa na gym malapit lang dito sa dela rosa corner paseo de roxas bukod sa golds at mamahaling gym? d ko kse dinadala motor ko.lakad lang ako eh.

    kamusta na kaya ang PBB :)
    nasa 5weeks cut ako (mejo lang) eating low carbs like veggies and protein source etc tpos 4 to 5 time a week na buhat. badtrip lang d ako nagtake ng picture at nag timbang muna bago ko gawin mga to :)
    sabi ng mga gym mates ko sa bago kong gym laki daw ng pinayat ko. patay kako, baka nawala ung maskels ko :P
    mamaya mag back workout ako. keep lifting and motivated mga bros :)
