new user here from san juan mm

Hello! Bago pa lang po ako dito, but has been lifting weights for a like 2 years now, ask ko lang kung san po ako makakabili ng weightlifting belt, has been plagued by lower back pain for like 3x a year ata.. :banghead::banghead: , I just normally take pain killers and after a 1 week na pahinga ok na, I tried to look online sa mga stores like tobys and chris sports, wala silang binebenta eh, so not sure san ako kukuha..

  • Brah. Hindi makakatulong ang belt sa lower back pain pramizzzz at kung makatulong man it would only be tip toeing around the problem not solving it.
    Bakit nag simula sumakit yung lower back mo? Baka kelangan lang ayusin yung back position mo on some lifts para hindi maagravate.
    okaya kelangan natin i-rehab.

    kung leather naman sa recto parang meron. Dati may nakita ako sa Tuquero's leather house ata yun. sa kanto ng espana/recto pagbaba lang ng overpass :)

    actually unang sumakit ang likod ko way way back pa,while doing machine leg press, sa awa ni LORD, nakuha ko sa pain killer and 2 weeks na pahinga, after nun, every 3-4 months ata, lage na lang akong naiinjured sa likod,some doing dead lift and lately eto malupet, while doing dumbbell flys, pahinga rin ako ng 4 days, and kakabalik ko na lang ulit ngayon, may slight pain pa rin siya but tolerable nman, siguro kung i rarate ko siya out of 10, mga nasa 2-3,this monday, papa ortho ko muna, then if kailangan ipa rehab, deretso na. nagiging senyales ko na nga to na overtraining na ko pag sumakit na eh..:duh::duh:
