Ok lang naman may trace of carbs galing sa whey, pero sa ckd or keto diet nde mo na need mag whey ng 4 na scoop dahil puro meat kakainin mo at itlog, strict ako before monitored at timbang lahat ng kinakain, sa manok,itlog,cheese na low carb, beef,almonds,natural pb na 1grm carb, turkey bacon, 1grm carb premium hotdog etc, covered na protein requirements mo sa isang araw, tama si yatez, dapat below maintenance ka,
almonds mas mataas cals sa oil? Taena mas kakain ako ng almond kesa oil pag naka keto ako dahil at least mag kaka laman sikmura ko na solid ang state at hindi liquid lol.

I dont consider it keto since my fat is low also. ayoko naman ibaba yung protein ko at i-allot sa fat kasi the totals will still be the same (macro distrubution lang ang magkakaiba). So since deficit naman ang mahalaga, napapaisip lang ako ngayon if its worth it to try increasing fat tapos baba konti ang protein kung deficit din naman pala ang magmamatter. shempre sa case ko, hindi naman mataas BF ko at sufficient muscle mass kaya kita ko kagad at ramdam yung muscle loss. feeling ko kasi medyo critical para sa iba na may mas mataas na BF to muscle ratio dahil its hard to tell yung fat, muscle or both ang nawawala during the cut.

haha bahala na! aware naman ako sa keto. kaso may tamang panahon para dun. mahilig lang ako magexperiment pero pag tinitimbang ko mukhang hindi swak sakin. kadalasan kasi pre contest ito ginagamit at risk din yung strength loss. Isa din na tinitgnan ko is yung possible effect nito after the cut is over and several months after. pagaralan ko pa ito para may bagong mai-share:)

nope, almonds are great source of fats. when in keto expect all of your meal are high in calories cause its fats!
almonds had too high cals for me to even just snack on
