    I suggest palitan mo na title ng "Top 5 Supplments That DO Work" para na din sa mga newbies para mabawas bawasan yung mga paulit ulit na tanong dito sa site about supplement.
    Actually meron ngang supplement guide dito thread ata ni boss J pero hindi pinapansin, hindi muna magbasa, may Q&A thread na din pero dedma, mas inuuna pa ng iba gumawa ng new thread at magtanong agad.

    Ingredients ng MP Combat

    Almost exactly the same ng protein blend ng PM7, yung naka bold BS lang, marketing strategy, hindi naman yan added amino acids, content na talaga yan whey, egg, casein.
    Kahit ako muntik ko an itry yang combat before.
    Ako if I would go for combat just for one reason, taste, hindi ko pa kasi natikman yan gusto ko kasi sumubok ng iba't ibang lasa although gagawen ko lang yun "IF AND ONLY IF" may extra budget ako dahil di naman lingid sa kaalaman natin mahal tong MP Combat haha.

    So kung after ka lang sa protein blend, at para mafill ang protein needs mo, PM7.
    Kung for taste, para makasubok ng ibang lasa, by all means try MP Combat.

    Meron, kaya nga umaabot ng 7hrs ang digestion niya.

    Gabi ko din tinatake to, kaso naubos na mutant ko kaya ito na din post wo ko.
    At ito na muna talaga dahil wala na ko budget hahaha
