Mga sir anu ok na routine sa schedule na hinde consistent?

    If there's a will there's a way, if you have cash to spare try investing in some pre-wo powders, or cobra, or cobra+coffee+shabu combo lol to get you through those days na may 12 hours work ka. And go for a push pull lower body routine pag di mo talaga kaya increase workout days mo atleast you will be hitting every muscle group.

    sa hospital ako nag wwork drained na ko sa patient after work kaya di talaga kaya hehe.. pero anu kaya mas ok..

    full body a/b WO or push+squats and pull
  • Stronglift 5x5 or Mark Rippetoe, or whatever they call it. its a 3x a week program will only take you 30-45mins to complete. don't overthink things. the best workout for your busy sched.

    Magstrength training ka, ALL heavy low reps para sulit ang mahabang pahinga mo. Pag maluwang na sched mo for 4x/wk dun ka na maghigh reps by this time magagamit mo talaga ung strength na un for aesthetic purposes. For starters, try stronglifts5x5

    gumising ka ng mas maaga kesa sa regular na gising mo then do bodyweight workouts like push ups, pull ups, burpees, jump squats, skipping ropes,...then pag gym days mo do full body workouts naman,..remember ndi lng sa gym pwede mag workout. kea ndi yan problema :)

    Me I work now 11-12hrs (used top be 8-9hrs) a day but still canmanage to insert my workouts during my work days. It's all about "making time" bro. I know it's easy to say though not easy to do but it doesn't mean it is "impossible" right?

    People are actually prone to acquire habits (be it good or bad) when it comes to their daily activities and apparently most habits starts "small" and usually having a proper mindset does the trick. So my advice is start w/ your mindset na "wag tamarin palagi" if you really want to get somewhere in the iron game. Soon enough you'll notice second to nature mo na ang mag train kahit na wala ka ng idea kung anong araw ka huling nagbuhat ung tipong pag di ka makapagbuhat eh di ka mapakali :P

    Also another thing if you can find ways na maminimize if not ma-eliminate totally the things that stresses you out that would definitely help.

    Also tama rin ung advice ni monch i think training at the start of your day will work better for you as that is what i do right now in fact training first thing during "my morning" keeps me awake for the rest of the day and i'm full of energy apparently. :)

    stronglifts 5x5 na yan.
    hehe 3 workouts per week.

    6-7 hours normally. I'm lucky if I get 7 hrs of "decent" sleep. I work 7pm-6am of the next day sometimes even longer due to overtime. Usually i wake around 3pm on a training day and then prep leave around 4 then get to the gym around 5-530PM then train till 630pm then take a shower (or sometimes hilamos lang and punas ng pawis w/ towel na may alcohol) then go to work. Take note I live in makati and my gym and office is in QC. So imagine sa travel time pa lang alone malaking oras na nagagamit ko yet i can still squeeze in training hours in them :)

    nakakaantok yan sir hehe.. ako pasok ko 6-6 either am or pm.. di ko ata kaya hinde mag shower haha.. anyway ill try my best nalang! thanks sir!

    Ako, as a call center agent with some shitty schedule sa isang linggo may umaga, gabi at hapon.. so literally shit sched but still manage to train like hell.

    Somewhere watching some vids na napulot ko.. this will gives you some pointers :

    Si jettie ayaw pa nga paawat nyan eh kundi aawatin hahaha.

    Sa usapan namin ni sithlord about random stuff,
    "Nasa sayo yan, kung priority mo work wag ka mag expect ng Gainz. Kung gusto mo talaga magka gainzz gagawa at gagawa ka ng paraan para makapag gym at kumain."

    Sa case mo kung pagod ka na after work, the best time is before talaga.

    Before work, after work at kahit sa lunch break sa work nasubukan ko na magbuhat. Anytime and any day kahit biyernes santo, pasko, bday ko, nung ondoy, habagat... name it! May paraan lagi :)

    maglagay ka ng workout sa sunday
    para 4 times a week.. good for bro split routine

    try to plan ahead, it helps na may sched. If you follow Strongligts, 3 lifts lang per workout. sandali lang tapos ka na lalo na sa umpisa dahil magaan pa. better start now, kapag na-hooked ka na, you'll make time for it. hindi nakakaapekto sa work (ewan ko lang later.lol) feeling ko mas may energy pa ako after workout. the day after? depende sa DOMS.LOL
