    Matangkad ka nga brah, siguro naman in person hindi ka ung ala-slenderman type na matatangkad at malaman laman naman kahit papano. Pictures can be deceiving din kasi hehehe

    Uu on and off din. since 19 years old, d ko monitor calories everday pero massabi ko I eat more than 3 times meal a day. , Payat talga lahi namin kaya I'll do anything to transform.

    Actually big brother ko nag design ng stack ko kaya medyo komportable ako.

    Bro Yates wala pa sana matulungan ninyo ako sa meal plan. Puro meat, eggs, protein shake lang ang tinambak ko sa ref walang specific meal plan.

    Pero of course avoid process food, junk, salty food, etc. But the logic is EAT,EAT,EAT,EAT,EAT....

    Nako di ako nag AAS ah at di ganon kadami kaalaman ko sa AAS pero habang maaga tigil mo muna day 1 ka pa lang naman ata, pinaka importante yung pagkain mo natty or assisted di ba yan nasabi ng gumawa ng stack mo? Sayang lang pera mo kung yung meal plan mo naman sablay parang niloloko mo lang sarili mo nyan.

    Kadahilanan? mag paganda katawan for the sake of healthy living na din, I dont see any prob sa steroid as long na tama ginagawa mo. Tiyaka ive read a lot of steroid,bodybuilding secrets, lahat ito iisa lang sinasabi. Your just wasting money on crap supplements. Tiyaka lahat ng normal na tao meron lang average na pwede ilaki ng katawan mo kaya kailangan ng mga ganitong gamot if you want to go sa next level..

    May mga taong sadyang payat katulad ko kahit anong gawin babad at taon sa pagbubuhat at inumin na supplement, kumain ng marami hindi lumalaki. Kaya ang huling sagot ay AAS.

    Sorry bro, but I don't buy this reasoning. This might be a little harsh but there must be something wrong with what you are doing through those years of training. Sabi nga ni vinch, "Have you tried crazy things? How bad do you want it?". And here's what I have to say too, EXCUSES ARE FOR WIMPS.

    Again, ulitin ko build proper foundation before delving with these stuffs. Without proper foundation, I doubt you'll be able to maintain whatever you gain from using your magic beans. Parang building din yan, pag hindi maganda pundasyon, konting lindol lang, guguho agad yan.

    Anyway, it's your choice to make. Just make sure you make it count and not regret later down the road.

    Yep may mali sa approach mo din those 10 years and ikaw na mismo nag sabi kanina you were inconsistent during those years, nung 2nd year -4th year hs ako payat ako halos di ako lumaki at napaka minimal ng gains ko just because my diet was not in check when i started dieting and eating the proper way parang weekly may changes na nangyayari sobrang bilis, with your 6'3 frame marami rami ka talagang kakainin to gain and maybe you were also inconsistent in eating massive amounts of food everyday.

    dagdag lang yung "wasting your money on crap supplements" i think mali mindset mo when it comes to supplements, kaya kong mabuhay ng wala sila at kaya kong lumaki ng wala sila with just food but i buy them for convenience's sake therefore they are called "supplements" to supplement your diet and whatever else is lacking such as vitamins, etc., baka kasi ang mindset mo is with supplements they will be the determining factor of your growth, that's wrong its still your diet and training in the end.

    Siguro nga bro, Nope bro sobrang lakas ko kumain the thing is mabilis talaga metabolism ko napaka bilis ng pang tunaw nag consult na rin ako sa doctor regarding dito at kung ano anong vitamins na inom ko no effect, Kaya dati kapag nag surfing ako sa mga bigwaves beach amp hinahangin ako hahahah pero now on my 195lbs fair naman trato sa akin ng mga alon sa dagat. hehehe

    Have you tried tracking your macros every single day for a long period of time? As in consistent ah, and have you adjusted every one to two weeks to see if what's the magic caloric total that will make you gain weight? If nagawa mo na yon tas umabot ka na sa napakataas na number like 4-6k calories a day and you're not gaining a lb or 2 maybe there is really something wrong with your body, ano ba diagnosis ng doctor sayo? hyper thyroidism?
  • Halos magkasing tagal tayo ng lifting experience bro. Eto lang masasabi ko kung ang reason mo of using gear is to fix the basic foundation you failed to build before, you better accept your mistakes and just start over. Eat right, lift heavy, rest! Kasi hindi permanent ang gains kahit pa enhanced ka so babalik at babalik ka pa din sa basics kasi it's the heart and soul of bodybuilding:)

    Honestly, wala ako makitang trace na nagbubuhat ka sa frame mo ngayon.
    Hindi ako naniniwala sa sinasabi mong may mga taong talagang kahit anong kain hindi lumalaki.

    Oo merong mahirap magpalaki, pero ang tanong nga sayo gaano kadami ang kinakaen mo? Paano mo nasabing madami? Subjective kasi yan e, pwedeng sa tingin mo marami sayo pero baka sa iba meryenda lang nila yan. Kasi wala ka maisagot kung ilang calories ang kino-consume mo. HIndi naman kailangan araw2x itrack mo talaga 100% calorie intake mo, pero dapat may basis ka kung ilang ang target mo.

    I really doubt that you are even eating at least 3k calories and consuming enough protein.
    Ako nga 3k cals na kino-consume, nagloloose pa din ng weight.

    But well, mukang tiwala ka naman na sa kapatid sa lahat, I just hope mag gain ka sa cycle mo at kung mag gain ka man, ay ma-maintain mo :)

    And oh, never say this "for the sake of healthy living na din" while using that kind of ultimate combo cycle hahaha. Ironic.

    Personally I dont want to make things complicated pag dating sa diet, I only have my personal ways to gain mass.

    1- Keep it simple. Stick with compound exercises as the mean and potatoes of my routine (not something that is new to people)

    2- Lift Heavy Weights (obviously the term 'heavy weights' differs from one person to the next, but the concept remains the same. In fact, lifting heavy when you're dieting too in my opinion)

    3- Never miss workouts - no action, no results

    4- Eat big! -eat less no gain of course, eat more to gain weight obviously.

    Obviously, my thread is directed to the BULKING. Not the CUTTING. I don't need someone with a degree in kinesiology to tell me on what I need to do.

    I could be wrong, and I'm not trying to start an argument, but I think the negativity is seriously misplaced..

    upon reading your first thread and this here what i think:

    wala na kayong magagawa kahit na anong paalala nyo or concern regarding his decision to take gear. naka set at sarado na ang mind ng taong to. this is the only way for him to better himself so lets just wish him good luck with his endeavor.

    Not into magic beans pa pero payat mo pa bro.. 10 years napaka imposible naman.. kahit samin sa gym broscience at bara bara buhat may gainz pa rin ng mga 2-3 years..


    bro try mo muna stop using your magic potions..

    Try eating 5k calories a day.. split mo yan into 5-6 meals a day. reduce frequency of training ( mga 4 x a week para maka grow ka during your rest day.

    alam mo naman siguro na we don't grow sa gym right?

    Im not an expert pero yun ang nakikita kong pwede ka mag gain.. kasi un ang ginagawa ko eh.. mas mahalaga rest day sakin despite of cut/recomp/ bulk ( soon )

    It's a must na marunong ka mag calories calories na yan para alam mo yung term na sobra sa kulang.

    para hindi ka "sinukat ka ngunit kulang"

    well, kung ayaw mo talaga subukan before hand na maraming nagsasbi na sayo dito eh..
