    Kahit ano depende nalang yan sa budget mo in the end supplement lang yan

    Kung big time ka at kaya ng budget mo ON Hydrowhey or ON gold standard, kung kapos ka PM7, Mutant.
    Sa creatine kahit ano okay lang yan i personally use Met RX and Dymatize sa vit-c healthy options ako dahil concentrated at 1000mg dosage ng vit-c's nila don compared to regular vit-c's na 500mg lang per pill pero mahal nga lang health options anything na mabibili mo sa mercury na vit-c pwede, Multi-vit ayos ang ON Optimen, kirkland, centrum etc. Sa fishoil Kirkland ako

    Anytime of the day pwede if you will go with the complicated but sure path and TIPID way, count daily caloric intake and macro breakdown, for protein i personally use (1g of protein per lb of bodyweight) so my bodyweight right now is 180lbs if i had already consumed 156g of protein ill take a scoop of ON Whey which has 24g protein so 156+24 = 180g protein so i've filled my protein requirements for the day, and tipid ang ganitong pamamaraan since you wouldnt be guesstimating your protein intake for the day magiging ending nyan with guesstimating is makaka 3 or more scoops ka per day, versus if you count your macros you will end up using a scoop lang per day or minsan di ka pa mag whewhey kase na meet mo na requirements mo so tipid siya and mas matagal mag lalast stock mo ng whey. Ikaw nalang bahala mag research research kung pano i compute ang dapat mong daily caloric intake based on your goals saka sa macro (carbs, fats, proteins) minimums, para hindi naman spoon feeding at matuto ka umalam ng bagay bagay by yourself just ask when in doubt.

    Pero baguhan ka pa ata masakit sa ulo mag compute compute ng ganyan so just to make it simple take a scoop or two after a workout ihalo mo nalang yung creatine mo sa whey wala namang lasa ang creatine unless yung may added sugar bibilin mo but i suggest just buy creatine monohydrate and take 5g daily or a teaspoon more or less.

    Pero mas maganda padin na sa pagkain mo kukunin whey is just there to supplement and not replace whole foods kaya nga powdered form siya for convenience purposes. :)

    pero as of now madalas ako kumakain ng chicken breast. no skin or pork walang taba tinatanggal HAHA .
