Ewan ko lang kung may ganitong thread na wala pa naman akong nakikita so here it is, alam naman nating madaming mga myths na nag kalat dyan in regards to bodybuilding lets all contribute to cover them, then compile all of them in this thread. this is also a way to help newbies to discern between myths and facts para hindi sila tanong ng tanong.
I'll start:
1. Eating every 2-3 hours for positive nitrogen balance in our body or else our body will go in catabolic mode and our system will break down our hard earned muscles if we miss that eating period.
2. Rushing in to drink PWO shakes such as whey 30mins IMMEDIATELY after a intense workout.
3. Eating fat will make you fat.
4. Eating rice and carbs will make you fat.
5. Doing crunches will magically spot reduce the fat in your tummy and will make you gain 6 pack absss

papayat ka daw pag nag yosi ka..lol..meron dito mga mamaw pero nag yoyosi..
liliit daw koypiks(TT) mo kapag nag buhat ka ng mabigat..
(for me, mali un kasi hindi masyadong nakakaburn un unlike kapag mabigat ung bubuhatin. hindi ko naman marecommend sa gym kasi sasabihin ng karamihan maski nung bantay tama ung ginagawa nung baguhan)
2. Sa nagpapapayat, eat less and take slimming medicines
(mali na naman, kasi our body is made for survival so nag aadapt sya sa environment nya. kapag wala kang kinain babagal metabolism mo so mas mag sstore ng fats ung katawan at hndi mag bburn ng calories)

sbi ko, mabigat buhatin nya tpos magstationary bike sya tuwing rest mas nakakapayat un kumbaga HIIT ung dating.
ayaw gawin, mas sinusunod ung may ari ng gym. sabagay mas matanda ksi ung may ari
ang routine nya kasi, bike ng almost 30mins ata then buhat 20lbs lang Bench press tpos OHP 5lbs lng. hanggang sa hndi n ngaun nag ggym . nabagalan ata sa progress nya
masama lang ung electric fan sa gym pag ung kasama mo may ubo or may sakit. hehe
at di totoo na pag mas pawis mas madaming naburn. try mo kaya tumakbo sa antartic, pagod ka din pero di ka pawis. hehe.
pero good thing na nagpapawis ka, kasi pwede syang maging indication ng good hydration. pero it doesnt apply sa lahat ng tao.
