One of the reasons why I ditched IF is because I can't eat enough calories to gain coz I can take only so much at one sitting.

    Good read brah, buti na lang pala talent ko kumain ng marami hehe.

    I don't know if kaya ko gawin yun when I switched to my slow bulking routine.

    how many cals are you eating? kasi when I was on IF, kahit andami ko nang kinakain lumalabas na 1-1.3k lang un lol sukang suka nako hahahahah

    nung recomp ako I can chug down 2.5k calories on one sitting.. ( 500 g bigas pa lang ikamamatay ko na to noon )

    Ngayon on a cut kahit 1.8k my postworkout meal.

    Massive chicken breast, shakes, oatmeal + rice + gatas + PM7. Hahaha

    Sa una boss monch same status, halos mamatay na ko sa kabusugan at isuka, pero overtime nasanay na ko.

    Ilang oras yang 2.5k cal bago maubos lol. =))

    Breakfast ko usually 1.6k 1hour halos eh

    wow good for you brah. Ngayon ba yang 2.5k cals na yan ongoing pa?

    saken kasi ala FEAR FACTOR na bawat isang subo ko ng pagkain pag im near my limit na eh lol

    haha yun nga lang matagal maubos halos 1 hour ako nakain and much greater depression nangyayari haha parang mas gusto ko pa magbuhat kesa kumain. Well , yun ang hamon sakin ng leangains to eat massive every meal.

    Tho, good effect is when I eat on buffet or pizza, kaya ko na 4 box pizza ( 15mins each 8 standard pizza hut pizza size ) on buffet 3 hrs non stop eating haha.. Kaya nahihiwagaan sila sa diet ko, kasi pumapayat pa talaga ako ( I don't know if its a good compliment or not kasi naka cut ako lol )

    Halos parang naboost yung panunaw ko, parang bawat kain ko minutes lang nasa bituka ko na. haha ewan ko lang. Pero bawat kain ko pakiramdam ko mabilis na panunaw ko tho hindi naman ako gutumin na when Its not my eating time.

    The cons is, the average normal serving size is not my normal na, and eating meals is merely seconds lang... halos hindi ko na nalalasahan kung masarap o hindi since parang caloric number na lang nakikita ko lol. Imagine, yung bigchamp/bigmac/baconator 60 secs max lang sakin nakikipag kwentuhan pa ko.. talo nga eh, nasanay na ko sa mabilisan dahil sa tagal ko kumain every postworkout sa dami kasi.

    250 ata yun pero mmya check ko sa baba since nasa ground floor lang ng building namin dito sa Raffles hehe.
