Guys, sino dito may mga mother na nasa menopause period na ?

Yung mother ko kasi ay nasa menopause period na at nararamdaman nya na ang side effects tulad ng dry skin, dry eyes, etc...

Ano mga ginawa nyo mara mabawasan ang severity ng side effects ? lifestyle and diet ?

Ano ba mga locally available foods na pang-boost ng estrogen ?

Wala ring exercise ang mommy ko. Ano ba ang weight training program na pwede sa kanya ? 55 years old na ang mommy ko.

    Yoga or taichi is good if your mom doesn't like fast paced dance exercises (zumba / bodyjam / hiphop) for cardio.

    Pwede rin ang walking but no running (unless kaya and wants) kasi possible na sumakit sa joints.

    Not too much weight lifting because di na malakas ang bones, (my mom take calcium tabs to avoid osteophorosis), pwede mag weights pero light lang.
