    Yes, It's AA aka Christine Reyes.. I'm 5'10, I thinks she's around 5'3. Not that sure..

    Yes, Sa BF Pque po ito. Transformers Gym. Raver, Bianca manalo, Boy 2 Quizon, Vandolph Quizon used to go there as well..

    AA is not attending sessions at the moment, maybe she's a bit busy. She's always Accompanied by Coach Froilan Dioso during her trainings. :D cheers!

    gust ko makita yung workout program nya hehehe kung anong klaseng routine. Para pwede ma isuggest sa mga kaibigang girsl na mag lift na rin!

    AA used to lift 150 on Bench.. haha! Just kidding.. Madalas sa second part sya ng Gym, sa likod.. dun sya tumatakbo, talon, at kung ano ano pang cardio.. pati bulldozer tires kasama sa training nya.. :P

    ah hindi sya yung parang program ni Iza calzado hehe.. puro barbell weights naman sa kanya.. May mga tropang girls kasi ako at most of them are awesome na gusto magpapayat ang problema takot na takot na takot mag lifts eh,mahirap naman kung ipabasa ko lang mas maganda kung may confirmation how those actress staying sexy pa rin..!

    Yeah, karamihan nga ng mga kababaihan iniisip nila na magbu-bulk ang katawan nila kapag nag lift sila ng weights.

    More pa talaga kailangan.. So Far happy ako sa results.. In 2 months nag start na bumalik dati kong shape.

    Malaking tulong yung Ripped Fuel Extreme for me, I lost 2 inches on waist, and I lost 5-6 pounds. halos lahat ng fats sa legs, arms, belly may shrink results.

    But I know I can't achieved this w/o proper diet din.. Nag titiis akong wag kumain ng mga bawal.. Grabe deprivation sa salty and sweet food.. :arghh:

    Well.. It's just me I guess.. Hindi naman sa bawal, pero binawalan ko sarili ko kumain at uminom ng sweets..

    Cake, Pastries, Chocolate Bars, Soft drinks, etc..

    Sa salty ang iniwasan ko is Junk Food, salty na ulam, yung fish na kinakain ko walang salt, even chicken breast walang kahit ano.. Plain lang..

    Yep, nasa iba't ibang individual naman yung response if ever magtrigger, needed or not. Hehe..

    And nga pala, the best talaga mag carb loading, whether cake, dessert, ice cream, kanin, chocolates name it! I eat it after workout !

    Mga Sir,

    Mukhang di kayo umiiwas sa mga iniiwasan ko.. So Ok lang pala na kumain ako ng mga binangit kong food? Ano ba benefits if I eat those after workout?

    Pati sa Kanin curious ako.. Ang thinking ko kasi, pag iniwasan ko yan, mas mabilis pag liit ng tyan ko.. which I feel effective for me.. Mali bang iwasan ang kanin? hehe..

    For me, dipende sa diet style mo yan. As a leangains practioner, ang kanin lang eh after workout lang kung nagcucuts ka.. sa recomp may required sya during rest days. Hindi naman absolute mong susundan pero as long as IIFYM go. Basta nacy-cyle ng maayos yung fats and carbs wala po problema. Yan lang po yung isang good advantage ng LG, pero syempre mas maraming magagadang diet system yan
