    have you tried running the program for at least 1 whole cycle? saka nakakabitin in the sense of what? like not having too many single-joint movements (e.g. curls)

    Hehe yan naman lagi sinasabi sa 5x5.
    Kung tingen niyo bitin kayo sa 5x5 wag niyo na lang ipilit yung program kaysa imodify niyo ng imodify at lagyan ng mga isolations.

    Once na lumagpas sa BW buhat niyo, kahit sa DL pa lang e, tapos squat at bench at the same day? Ewan ko ah pero in my case hindi ko masabing bitin yan, wala na nga ko energy para mag curls curls pa hehe.
    What more kung yung buhat e nyo e x2 or more pa ng bodyweight lahat ng binubuhat niyo.

    ^yun din sana ang gusto kong i point out. para sa lahat ng mga gagamit or gumagamit ng 5x5 na beginner kung sa tingin nyo boring yung routine or bitin wel,l hindi nyo pa naabaot ang lagpas sa body weight load para sa bawat exercises para sabihin na bitin or boring. well you can always go for other routines na mas madaming isolation exercises which i think lahat ng beginner gustong gawin kasi nga volume usually delivers the pump. i know for sure yun lang naman ang habol ng mga baguhan. sorry kung medyo blunt ang statement ko pero yun lang ang nakikita kong dahilan kung bakit karamihan ng bago gusto ang volume wo.

    korek sakit ko rin yan nung nag monkey guru mehdi ako SL5x5, first to 6 weeks chicken lang parang naglalaro lang but then when i reached the body weight para na kong mamatay after workout, umaabot pa ko 2hrs sa gym kakapahinga hehehe.
