    Nasty DOMS!!! Literal mula batok hangang talampakan. Pati singit, kili kili, forearms, pwet, puson, alulod... lahat talaga! Had deep tissue massage today pero lalo naging stiff. Nasobrahan ata ako kahapon, ngayon na lang ulit ito nangyari. Ang sarap!!! Nothing beats the soreness of a badass WO, pain worthy of suffering :)

    Ako ansaket ng buong katawan ko. Delts, back and abs todo doms dahil sa badass workout na sumuko ako lol.

    Ayaw ko pa massage minsan dun ako tinatrangkaso o nagkakataon lang?
  • Yung basketball ang bumugbog sakin kasi 2 hours non stop, hindi ako nagpa-sub.

    Depende siguro sa gagawin mo pa after pamasahe. Nilagnat ako dati nung after masahe e napawisan pa or nabasa/naligo.

    2x nako nagpamasahe dati sa mga hotel pag na byahe ako, never naman ako naligo tulog nako lagi pag umaga nilalagnat nako. Di ako nagpapa happy ending legit massage un ah hahaha

  • Sir vinch, ano benefits ng Crossfit exercises kapag sinama sa BB program. alam ko may ganun kang day, na ung iba katulad ng exercises sa crossfit. Ok din ba sya gamitin or dapat minsan lang? TIA :)
  • It's not really crossfit, power day ko yun and cardio na din. I do it to support my strength (on heavy days) and endurance (for the hypertrophy purposes on regular lifting days). Kaya when i do it, my goal for that day is different: 1) move the weight as fast and explosive as possible 2) do as many reps as possible on a particular weight (progressive). I also use a combination of heavy and light weights depende sa purpose. Yung benefit nito mararamdaman mo sa regular gym days mo at maganda na din pang unwind pag sawa ka na sa typical lifts. nagbabasketball ka diba? mas matutuwa ka sa effect nun :)
  • opo nag babasketball ako. first time ako knina, ung thruster ginawa ko. nakakapagod din.
    any tips na dapat kong gawin. saka exercises. kaso walang rubber plates sa gym puro bakal din kaya bawal ibagsak haha
  • nood nood ka muna sa YT bro, mahirap kasi explain in detail dito. pero maganda mo gawin is maginclude ka muna kahit isa lang na power exercise sa bawat training day mo like plyo push ups or hang clean. practice muna. kabisaduhin mo yung execution until such time na ready ka na magkaron ng separate training day for this.

    tip: dont go to failure on power exercises, do it explosively/fast and as many as you can then stop before you fail. have enough rest then explode again. ang goal mo dito is to generate as much power in a single burst and be able to do it repeatedly :)
